What we verify, in order.

Nothing is shown before it has been checked twice.

  1. On receipt

    You specify

    A note through the form, or an email, is enough: make, model, the configuration you are after, budget, timing. A current vehicle to part with? Say so from the start.

    We acknowledge receipt, then write back if a detail is missing, before the search opens.

    No. No stock, no showroom: the search begins when your request arrives.
    Will you take my current vehicle in trade?
    Yes. Say so in your request: the trade-in is part of what we put together for you.
  2. Before the appointment

    We verify

    The network of authorized suppliers is worked through until the vehicle that answers your request turns up. Every candidate passes through the sieve before it reaches you: genuinely new condition, equipment as stated, the supplier’s full paperwork, the promised delivery date.

    You receive the file on the chosen vehicle before any viewing. If nothing matches exactly, we tell you, along with the closest option.

    Do you offer used vehicles too?
    No. New vehicles only, found through authorized suppliers and accompanied by their full paperwork.
    What decides the price?
    It depends on the vehicle in question and on what the market offers on the day we search. You receive it in writing, plainly, before any commitment.
  3. At the appointment

    You decide

    The meeting is private, at an hour set with you. Take the time you need with the vehicle; if it is the right one, we settle what remains through to delivery, trade-in included where relevant.

    Nothing binds you at this stage. The vehicle is not the one? The search resumes.

The firm carries no inventory and shows nothing at random. Every search starts from your own precise request: the make, the model, the configuration, the budget and the timing you have in mind.

We present a vehicle once: only when everything has been verified.

With your request in hand, we comb through our authorized suppliers until a new vehicle matches your description point by point. Before it is submitted to you, we confirm its genuinely new condition, its equipment as stated, the supplier’s full paperwork and the delivery date. The meeting is private, by appointment; if the vehicle is the one, we settle what remains through to delivery, taking into account any vehicle you wish to part with in exchange.

Exchanges happen in the language you prefer, French or English, and without haste. We take the time a file needs to be exact, from the opening message to the keys.

Your file has one person in charge, and it stays the same person through to delivery.
